containing your 'Order Confirmation #', it is usually due to having a spam filter being set too high

Order Status Definitions
- Order Approved - Being Filled - We have received your secure electronic payment or your online electronic check has cleared and now we can begin the process of filling your order with those ordered items we carry as standard stock and ordering from the manufacturer those ordered items that are special order.
- Order Filled - Ready to Ship - We have gathered both the standard stock and special order items you have requested and packaged them securely for shipping. We are simply awaiting pick-up (no weekends) by the United States Postal Service.
- Order Shipped - In Transit Via USPS - Your order has left our distribution facility via the United States Postal Service and will arrive at your requested destination within the time frame designated by our shipping policies below.
- Order On Hold - Awaiting Funds Via Payment Service - We are awaiting receipt of funds from the 'Secure Online Credit Card or Check Payment Service' to fulfill the billing invoice attached to your purchase order.
- Order On Hold - Bad Email Address - You supplied an unknown or bad email address with your order, we cannot process your order without a verifiable email address.
- Order Declined - Credit Card Declined - Your order will not be shipped. Please re-order using a different credit card number.
- Order Declined - Bad Check - Your order will not be shipped. In order to re-order from us you must use a valid credit card. NOTE: An extra $25.00 dollars (Bad Check Fee) will be added to the total amount when processing your new order.
- Order Declined - Product Unavailable - Your account will not be charged and your order will not shipped as the product you ordered is currently unavailable.
- Order Returned - Bad Delivery Address - The order address you provided was either wrong or non-existent. We have placed store credit in the amount of your original order (minus the standard 25% restocking fee) within your online shopping account. Simply Shop again providing the email contact address you used for your previous order, thus your credit will be applied to the new order.
- Order Being Filled - Awaiting Arrival Of Special Order Item - We are simply awaiting the arrival of an item that is a special order product and will ship your order immediately upon its arrival.
Order Policy Basics
- Shipping and Handling - The shipping and handling of orders being delivered throughout continental North America take from 5 business days up to 21 business days, not including weekends - This simply depends on the specific location of the order recipient and the availability of the particular products requested. Periodically, a manufacturer may not have anticipated the popularity of certain products - in those very rare circumstances, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. International customers, please refer to our 'Store Policy Page' for further information on current overseas shipping guidelines, fees & timetables.
- Order Cancellations - We cannot accept order cancellations once the purchase order is placed, as it has already entered the initial stages of being processed by a secure accounting system that prompts the distribution process to take immediate action on the order the moment payment in full for that order is verified. When you place an order with us, we (and the law) consider it a binding contractual request by you for our services, as part of the "Electronic Signature Act" passed by majority in US Congress and signed into law by President Clinton, June 2000. - Product Returns - We only allow return of products, purchased through our services, if the product was damaged in shipping, defective or you were shipped the wrong product - otherwise, per U.S. Federal & State regulations, all personal care product sales are final. In approved product return circumstances only product replacement or store credit will be issued at our sole discretion. We provide no cash or credit refunds for items returned to us. US Federal Trade Commission Regulations
To protect both businesses and consumers the Federal Trade Commission allows U.S. mail-order, catalogue or internet shopping businesses up to 30 days to ship out a pre-paid order without cancellation. According to these U.S. FTC Rules & Regulations: The shipment of goods purchased online (via the internet) are governed by the United States Federal Trade Commission FTC Mail Order Rule (16 CFR Part 435), which requires merchants to ship orders to buyers within the time stated, or, if no time is stated, within 30 business days. If unable to ship within the applicable time, the merchant must notify the customer of the delay within the original shipment time and provide a revised shipping date to wait further to receive an item on backorder without cancellation. All online purchase orders negoitiated using this website must be pre-paid in full when it is placed, regardless of the shipping timetable that is involved with that order.
